Considered by many the "soul" of the Legion, stoic, principled Rokk Krinn (Cosmic Boy) was one of the group's youthful founders and its first leader. Though war injuries have now robbed him of his native Braalian magnetic powers, he remains one of the most formidable of the Legionnaires.
